How does this guy manage to avoid copyright strike

His videos are very recent and only a few about soccer.
He also uploaded it with overlays and no English voices, that makes harder to automatically detect the strike.

The commentators speak English all through the match scenes. Try to give the video another look.

Sorry, I checked older soccer videos from the channel, since your video is very recent. More recent = less chance of copyright strikes.
 
maybe is luck and recently started to upload even more videos, started as a vlog channel and is slowly moving to a highlights sport channel but I believe that is luck that has not receive a report or that even someone reported the videos.
 
Doesn't get one now, doesn't mean it will never get one.
when your channel grows, you will see people copyright claims with any made-up reason as possible lol.
ATM its copyright strike is just part of the business
