A competitor of mine has exploded in Facebook popularity and he is getting a lot of traffic as a result.

Do you guys think these are fake likes? If not, how is he doing this?

His blog content is not that great but he is getting 500 to 1,500 like per article.

That what I thought. Such a small portion of my sites visitors are Thai I cannot imagine the majority of his are Thai.

Still, it could be legit.
 
Fake Likes may be bought from someone.
Or he may be promoting much investing a good amount of money.

There is no way to detect if he use fan-gating app esp when the page owner doesn't make an app tab on his page.
furthermore, it is even possible to "make" fan likes the page without them visiting the fanpage timeline literally.

imo +1600 new user in a week for a fb app is just normal:)
 
I think he is using some app, or invest money in buying fake traffic.
 
HI guys.Maybe he his doing this with traffic bcs to recive much like you have to have a good reach ,
as i see his page have 19.073 likes not so good for 1.600 per week!!
I have a big page with 982.546 Likes and my page recive up to 2.000 likes per day, bcs if you have a GOOD reach you can recive much likes per day!

It's been about 1 year late thread. So, this is my question. Is that guy still getting likes for his articles, if so how much likes till now ..lol:headbang:
