He will ge the ban eventually.
Youtube doesnt have automated ban, As far as I can see, he started 7 hours ago. Give it 3 days to get the ban if he continues like this.
Else he might be using several other accounts for sure.
 
How does he make the comments, which bot is he using. And how does he get on top with the comments? What tools do he use?
Next, would this convert well?

Dont just pm man we all want to know it. It is bhw we share man. Find your own niche and keep silent if you are not willing to share.

1. He use a bot, it's not very hard to hire a programmer that will build such a bot for you.
2. He buy the comments, I've seen a website that offers that along with the views.
3. They hire cheap freelancers from cheap countries [3rd world countries] for less than 1$ hour to do all that work manually for them.
 
WoW, a lot of authority channels between the comments, even officialpsy is there.

I used to do this with a movie site, getting top comment is easy you can pay people 50cents you usually only need 20 likes on moderately popular videos. People in poor countries are willing to do anything online for little to nothing there are many sites where you can find cheap workers. This is an old method though so I imagine click rate has went down for top comments that seem out of place (spammy ads lol).
 
That is me and one my my campaigns. If you have the right people, you have the right tools.
