How does Rep thing work?

I have couple of reps added to my posts.

Still i can't see it actually showing in my total rep. Can you let us know how rep actually works?

if it is gray rep, it does not count.

I have a grey rep, the submitter didn?t wrote any comments to it, maybe that?s why its not count

it is not counted because the person who left the rep did not have a reasonable number of posts, it was just a new member, and its opinion is not taken into account at this moment. This issue was discussed before.
