How does PPI work if you are not a developer?

I'm looking into PPI but it seems as though you have to have your own program to install and it just bundles in the advertisers into your installer. But I am not a developer, how can I use PPI?

PPI converts real bad, go with PPD or CPA, also there are not many good choices for PPI networks as they get reports and complains 24/7.. , thats MO

You can work with PPI even if you are not a developer. some networks require you to add policy page url, eula url etc, some dont need.
You can just make a setup file in vb.net for your fake application if you are in blackhat niche and bind your installer, your network manager should help you with this.

just use some soft like 7zip or whatever else, The important part is let them install.
