How Does Outsourcing With Email Work Exactly?

I've never used any outsourcing before so some basics/tips would be nice too. But my main question is how does emailing usually work? Does whoever you hire just use one of their email accounts, use one of yours, or you name the address or what. Also any recommended sites you guys use here for outsourcing is also appreciated.

Yeah I've seen a couple outsourcing pages people have listed here and I could dig up that info again. But Im curious how the people you are outsourcing the work to actually send emails ex: from their own, from a random one, from a fake etc...

Give them the email login/password and ad copy.

is this what you're asking. I just started to outsource a few days ago, i see better returns when i reply manually. better off paying someone a few bucks for a couple hours worht of work

I would email manually, but dont know how or if possible to send massive amounts of emails (1k-5k range) using a standard gmail etc.
