how does one get content on the google play store?

I have a couple ideas for making some easy money off the play store? Was just wondering what it takes to get a program up there?

sweet, I also have recently discovered the MIT APP inventor pretty cool... I dont think my idea is going to work though as Google Play does not allow any Adult content.

Nope, no adult content. My sis has a great idea for a game but it involves drinking, so she's kinda in the same boat.
