How does one get a BST topic published

So pretty basic question. I have been trying for a week now to get a buy/sell thread of mine published but keep striking out.

What am I missing? I am able to write the post and send for moderation without issue ( no links / URLS because I have not donated ) but I am going on a week with no action. Post remains in "review" status

What is the secret? Do I really have to donate before being able to publish a sell thread?

Hopeless new comers to BHW experience this a lot??

Yes that is needed b4 u can post a BST Thread
