How does Market Leader do PPC?

So I'm in the real estate field and use Market Leader to buy leads but was very curious if anyone knows exactly how they do their PPC campaigns so that I may be able to try it myself.

Does anyone know exactly how they do this?

You can probably get a good picture of their campaigns thru general research or thru third party services like semrush, keywordspy etc. You won't get the 'exact' method, of course, as good PPC managers usually change things up very often (A/B testing etc.)
