How does long tail keywords differ in YouTube vs Google?

I know ranking is pretty easy on YouTube whether it is a short or long tail, but it only lasts a very short time. If you don't have the watch time you're out of the game.
In my opinion, this actually hurts youtube because they favor entertainment at the cost of precision.
Do you agree or disagree?

What about Google? I don't focus on Google and it was a long time ago I tried SEO for Google.
I'm interested in hearing your thoughts.
 
Long-tails keywords are easier there as well but to rank for them, you usually have to cover wider topic.

I suspect that is not the full story given how easy it is to use AI to generate content. Have you noticed other requirements Google needs in order for your content to qualify and stay in the index?
 
Well ever since there is no YouTuber who would name their video as "pizza" or just a keyword there is no such thing as "non long tail" keyword for YouTube

AI has very little knowledge about context and fulfilling search intent.
