How does he make a video ttorial?

Hey B-Hatter,

Need some advice from you guys.
Does anyone know how does some people create a video tutorial?
For the video i know we can use camtasia.
But i'm wondering how does the guy make a clickable/website video.

Any link for a tutorial to make this?
I Tried to search the web but couldn't find any similar video concept.
