For instance, I have a number of landing pages. But the procedure for client info is identical , so I have the same FAQ and how to's, except I swap out keywords that are relevant for that page. Please let me know what your experiences with this

I remember working at a seo company and all they used to do is copy content from the blogs and use it on pdf, ppt's etc. and were ranking for majority of the keywords and they still use this to this day!

Thanks so much for your input! does anybody else have experience with this? Do I need to rewrite the darn landing pages, since there is an overlap of identical text?

need help with this also because I have keywords that I need to rank in other cities within a 25 mile radius like plumbing services in xxxxx

I'm not going to spoonfeed, but yes this does work, just check your competitors or try it yourself.

@Dr. Mary

Duplicate content is substantive content blocks across or within domains that entirely match other content or similar ones. However, it's not unreliable in origin. If you copy, spin, or scrape existing content, Google may consider it as duplicated content. It's still advisable to create fresh content to prevent undesirable penalties. Or else, it can have an unpleasant effect on your website's ranking.
