How does Google not pick this up?

Hi guys,

I was looking at one of my competitors backlinks and found a lot of sites like this:

How does Google not pick up on this?

As blackhat as it is, if it works, I want to try it too..maybe not for my money site but it would certainly assist in creating really nice linkwheels. Anyone have any pointers of who/where I can 'buy' these sorts of links from?

I can remove them, but how do I show you guys what's going on?

They are using some kind of network to get backlinks from sites like theat..i have seen many backlinks like theat from my competition..can any one tell me what kind of network are they using ?

Looks like a high PR homepage backlink network
 
FFS whatever he does NO NOT go complaining to Google cause it will bring heat to all of those keywords' and related keywords... which means it could cause Google to slap a lot of people and maybe even yourself.

that's not necessarily true, with the amount of reports they have coming in, I doubt they would have the time to go that far.
 
What do you mean "not pick up on these"? stoptranspark.org isn't even indexed, you can get tons of crappy homepage links like these on any link network or from textlinks.com/backlinks.com/etc
 
i don't think I am following what you are saying? He has home page backlinks from domains with no meaning? so what?

A quick automated sweep of the top 10 or 20 or even 100 in that competitors' top few keywords wouldn't be much trouble given Google's massive resources and I for one would never try it for that possibility. What's the up side VS the down side... not enough IMO.
 
Two of them appear to be paid links from someones network but not a very good one as the sites do not appear to be indexed by Google. Kind of hard for the links to do any good if Google is not indexing them.
