Hello everyone. I'm wondering how can Google detect the traffic is bot traffic or real traffic. I'm developing some tools to boost traffic for some of my websites. When I cloaking IP and combine with unique fingerprint, google cannot detect I'm from 1 device, but still know my traffic is fake.

So is anyone know exactly how to make google thinks that traffic is real?

When you can track the visitors' behaviour like where they are clicking on your website and what actions they are doing with commercial services like kissmetrics. I think it's not a hard task for tech giant to know if the traffic is fake or real.

If you can fool adsense, you can fool Google. So, I imagine you will have to buy a lot of adsense accounts and develop traffic that they mark as legit

A lot of traffic but little to no conversion tells everything whether the traffic is real or not.
Not too much resources required to detect this. Even a noob marketer who runs advertising campaigns on various native ad sites can detect this.

So it means that fake traffic is really hard? In details, I boost traffic for my website to increase ranking of keywords and website. I already had proxies and automation tools to fake like real people. But I want to know is how to make google think that my traffic is real.

If you're asking with respect to adsense, just know that bot traffic never converts for advertisers.
If your adsense keeps getting clicks but no conversions at all for the advertisers, it's most likely bot traffic.

There are other means used but this to me is the easiest.

Google detects bot traffic based on their algorithms and no one exactly knows about how Google's algorithms exactly are. Nowadays, Google's algorithms are so madly "blended", that even Google's own tech team(s) are confused and clueless about Google's algorithms, so they (Google) simply just keep fingering their algorithms frequently, without being able to program their algorithms in any effective manner. That is why nowadays, all Google's officially released updates, are only just on paper, and not implemented as far as any action in Google is concerned. However, due to Google simply fingering their algorithms frequently, gullible people falsely believe that "Oh, my website plunged due to that recent Google update" !!!.

I always wonder about fake website traffic that counts as a hit in stats in Google Analytics, with average visit duration of 0sec.

And some sellers even dare to sell this as a real human traffic service.

Google can detect bot traffic by monitoring user behavior, IP addresses, and other identifying characteristics.

A number of techniques are used by Google to identify bot traffic and human traffic coming to a website.

IP Address Analysis, Browser and Device Fingerprinting, JavaScript Execution, ReCAPTCHA, Machine Learning.

It's an AI era. They don't even need any specialized tools to detect fake traffic. It's really easy to create an AI model that is trained on the data of real users and their behavioral patterns on websites. Even you can do it if you get the data.

Most bots can be detected using a simple js script (They will click buttons not visible to humans etc).

It's a part of google's algorithm which we know very little about
All we can do is assume

Yes, even SEO is our own assumption. Your perspective on SEO doesn't have to be the same as mine. Everyone assumed and created their own methods based on their experiences. If it is that easy, all websites would rank #1 and make millions.

Hi, did you managed to find a solution? Thank you.

As I recall , Adsense folks, even though they don't understand the exact "black" method you are using can ban you at pay out, and take their adsense money back from your bank account.
So even if they just suspect you, they can just not pay you...

Google will ban your adsense account even with no reason if there is some kind of anomaly.
They can easily detect bot traffic because all visitors will be one time visitors, no returning visitors.
No one of them have browsing history.
No one of them don't have human behaviour, and of course it's not possible that 10k users do the same behaviour on visit site.
You don't need high iq to understand how google can detect invalid or botted traffic.

Well its your setup vs google setup. What you think? All you can do is test till you get it working, you have to figure out if should you burn resources to make it happen. If you have to buy traffic for your sites, then I think you think your sites are better than what they actually are. If you have good sites, they will be indexed, found, and ranked and continuously improved as long as you improve them too.
