I had five websites which ranked in page 1 for competitive keywords like 'Premature ejaculation'

But i was hit by Panda in May 2011 and one by one all my sites stopped ranking.Even when i write a new post for a uncompetitive keyword phrase i am usually in 100+ positions.

I Tried registering new Domains and start writing new content in them. They rank well for the first one month but then they all get slapped by google.
I don't use any blackhat backlinks at all.

How does Google identfy all the new websites i make?Is it through my hosting ...where i host all these domains?

I have bought a new hosting to host my next new site i am going to create....Should i get a new godaddy account as well?
Or am i being Paranoid here?

Who knows the secrets of Google..nobody does ;)

Start fresh and see what happens. I don't think you'll find a definitive answer, just intelligent guesses. Your best bet is to just experiment on your own and hope for the best!

Best of luck!

Most likely the link building techniques that you used back in 2011 don't work any longer now, after all these Penguin updates.

You are right. But it is so frustrating to start all over and get slapped again and again.

I find that google loves new sites, after I register a new EMD or PMD I can rank in the top 1-20 for about a month for a low competition keyword(0-4ksearches).
Usually after a month the site starts to tumble and drop down, now this is with no backlinking or offsite SEO at all.

My take on it is that google gives newer sites some love initially at least, it's up to you to start building from that point on.

I think these are MNS sites. Google penalizing these types of sites every day. Don't use themes that most peoples are using. it's better to create new theme. Then what you have to do is post valuabale contents on your site. write them or hire some one to write original contents. no spinned contents. no over optimization. don't build backlinks until at leaset 2-3 months. then start slowly bookmarking. this should work.

Don't forget about Webmaster tools either.

I somehow have this feeling that a good clean WMT profile could be a factor for all your verified sites.

Do you verify all your sites with the same WMT?

your link building strategy... probably in some way your sites link to each other... then using some incredibly complex probabilistic algorithm... viola...
