How does facebook negative feeback effect publishing

I have some pages which are adult themed(soft). One of my pages with 100k likes is split 50k US/50k Turkey, Middle East etc. Some of the international likes were acquired through bh methods. Some are fake...some are real and active, but not necessarily interested in the content that I post. If I restrict those countries, it will reduce my negative feedback...which theoretically may keep my page alive for longer. However, by doing so, I will block almost 50% of my fans from seeing my content. Is this wise to do? Or should I block these countries to reduce the negative feedback. Thanks for any insight..
