How does facebook geo-target organic posts?

So imagine you are making a new post on your fanpage. How does facebook determine to whom show posts when somebody likes them? Is it only gonna show up in timelines of the liking accounts friends? Is it gonna show up in geo of the liking account (city, state, country etc.)? If I have bots liking my post and say that majority of those accounts would come from let’s say India. Is there a way to leverage those likes in be displayed in different geo for example USA?
