What are the indicators?

Probably the Link it self, the Description of the link, the title of the link. Also by image ?

What are your techniques to do not get a link banned?

You can use javascript redirection trick to avoid the block.

Also curious to know ... Last few days got over 10 domains blocked - all fresh..

1.- Number of Report post recived

put the number on the top post!

i found this video

in spanish

the technique is:
Cloacking + Meta Redirect

and its putting this small meta on the header html:

Code:
<META http-equiv="refresh" content="1;URL=http://google.es">

It's easy to redirect facebook bot to other site but your link will be banned if you post or share in many groups or have 20+ shares in short time.

Well I know that there are methods for redirections etc. my question was how is facebook detecting the links as spam. Probably everything title image etc gets crosschecked right?
