Hi,
I tried to register a domain on domain.com for the first time but before creating an account and having control on domain, they said my purchase needs to be reviewed. So it is different from godaddy and this company has some bad reviews on the net.
Should I get worried?

Maybe the want later one some documents from you to verify that you are real.
I have never done business with domain.com, but mostly something like that happens either when you are from asia/russia or when you use a VPN/proxy.

Normally this is not a big thing, they try to verify that you are legit, unless you have given some fake names or so, there is no reason to be worried.

Just a few years ago their web design was absolute shit. Not sure why anyone bought from them but I'm sure if you follow up with their support reps you'll be fine.

Not really, many registars manually review the transactions. Just wait for some time and you’ll be fine.

Thank you very mych. I am relieved.

Never heard of this issue. You should use dynadot. It's cheaper too. But I'm sure you will be fine.
