How does DM work here?

I would love to learn more from you all. I have no clear idea how this works.
What is the criteria we have to qualify to DM other accounts. How to use? Please suggest.

You need to have 15 posts on the forum to be able to DM others.

You have 41 posts and you can DM other members.

Simply get over any profile and you'll get an option to "Start Conversation".
