How does CPA Offers really work ?

I really need some information from the more experienced "Gurus" here .

I was wondering who's actually creating the CPA offers , who's collecting all the phone numbers and e-mails (i'm not talking about the trial offers those are obvious)

Is that their only purpose ? collect name / email address / phone number/ interests then use the lists in their marketing / sell the lists .. that's it ? there's nothing more to it ? who are the people paying for these offers to get filled , paying millions each day ! what is their real budget ? will it saturate ? will CPA come to an end once every citizen in the top performing countries is signed up .. i mean if almost everyone int the US , UK ,France , Canada , NZ , AU ... is on their lists .. where will CPA go .. is that even possible ?

One more question .. what do you think is the maximum number of leads the one can generate if he has direct contact with these "offers creators" / "Information Collectors" ? Would 200000 Leads per day be possible for example (not technically , let's say you have 200k ppl line up to fill your offer which is impossible in my opinion) would anyone be able to realistically pay for 200000 leads per day ? ... that was just an example .. what do you think is the realistic maximum budget/number of leads for these 'gurus' ? and will they be able to express the same needs consistently for years to come ?

CPA is an effective and inexpensive way to run a marketing campaign.

You own a coffe company. You want to sell your coffe, but folks don't know your product. So your marketing dept wants to distribute coffe to testers for reviews. How do you do that? You start contacting restaurants, hotels and end customers and you offer free samples of your coffe. This is expensive, it takes time, etc Say it costs $15 to reach each potential client you were gonna send a sample to.

So instead, you hire a CPA network and you tell them: for each person that takes a coffe sample I'm willing to pay $5. The CPA network does the rest: recruits the marketers(us), who then promote the offers online. Everyone who takes a sample of that coffee gets a cut of the $5 the CPA network was paid. The company saved $10 per lead compared to other channels, and the CPA network made their share by just being middlemen between you and an advertiser.

That is basically how CPA works.

There are expensive products, like loans and real estate. Those offers pay up to $100 or more for a lead, because for the businesses to get those leads would cost several times $100. Hope this helps.

Thanks alot for your detailed answer i really appreciate it , but i already know that , i'm talking about the other offers .. those spammy-kind of offers that pay 0.4$ and 0.6$ , and can you please answer some of the other questions about max budget and consistency etc .. ?

There is more to it than just collecting an email. A lot of offers are generate dynamically. The offers wall will change depending on the data you enter. For example a car dealership wants to promote a new car by giving away a bunch of test drives. They go to smileymedia or somebody else who deals with backend stuff for CPA offers and ask for targeted leads. When you complete a simple "win an iphone" $0.40 zip submit offer you will be asked a bunch of questions. They can then figure out if you live close to a dealership, whether you live in a nice enough area, that you are old enough to drive, that you have a full time job and can afford a car etc. If you match the criteria you will be offered a test drive. It's just a way to get to know you a little better and turn you into a targeted lead. The person who creates CPA offer is not even the first person in the chain.

Each campaign has limits. Your manager knows the limits and they're probably available to you on the offer description too. If the limit is above 20000 offers a day, surely they'll pay if you get that, unless they're scamming folks. It's hard to find such high limit offers though.

I'll answer one of the many questions you asked which is "will cpa become saturated once every citizen of the top paying countires sign up?"

Just think about it this way - everyday many people are born, many are becoming 18 and many are starting to earn and starting to own credit cards. It is a never ending thing.
