How does copyright works (can I use content from other channels?)

I wanna use content from a YT channel (Police Activity). I'll edit videos and will add my own commentary with my own voice. Would that be a problem? AFAIK this is ok with YT shorts but IDK if it's okay for long form videos.
 
Advertise on BHW
Not worth it. They will eventually give you copyright strike or demonetise. Not a good idea for long run.

ide avoid messing with the police ,
 
no, you will get a strike the idea is ok, but like giving feedback or your personal opinion about that without modifying the other video or a reaction style will work but get the video and put your audio don't save you from the strike, to be more specific kind of the style of asmongold like that you could get away using someone else content.
