How does BHW Do This ?!

So, I would like to ask this directly to BHW Mods/Admins, But anyone who knows could give me an answer as well.

I have previously and now again setup a site of mine with Cloudlare JS Challenge, But Even me as the owner of the site don't like it how often the challenge kicks in, It's almost every visit or too frequent that I hate it even as owner.

I have previously played with the settings on setting up more comfortable JS challenge with rules refined by chatgpt and I, Yet still it was unlike how BHW does it, Which is very efficient, Because If i fire up VPN, it would give me the challenge on bhw, But feels like that it remembers me and never asks me again as a user, unless I do some weird shit, like visiting from unknown Browser or poor quality VPN etc. again. (It feels like it asks only when necessary )

Could anyone preferably, Mod/admin Give me quick rundown on the settings I should be looking for to replicate such smooth and efficient Cloudlfare rule that keeps bots and those spam messages That I get from contact me page at bay while not being too frequent to real users visiting my site

You need to hire some skilled person to do this job. Even if the mod gives you some ideas, it will be hard to implement alone.
