Not promoting the channel (not like they need anymore viewerships) , but cant help to notice they upload mostly marvel movies scenes some as short as 1min+ , a certain scene from 1 of their latest movie has 52m views and its only less than 2min long. So, how the F do they get away with copyright infringement?

Fair use, they probably have voice over or added value to the clips

The only reason the channel is not taken down is because the movie studio is fine with it.
That does not mean you can do the same they might allow this for a few big channels they do not want their things being spammed around

You can get around cooyright issues by doing a reaction video with commentary

ahh now it all makes sense! ad revenue goes back to marvel ! no wonder the channel survived. thanks for the insight

Read the fair use fine print of the Marvel Studios, there might be something that can help circumvent for few mins airtime usage if displaying the marvel logo etc, read it closely. Else he has got his mom working in the copyright infringement department of Marvel
