Do I have everything in my name when it comes to the OF account and then I break off the models with some money or is it the other way around?
How does any OF Agency work really?

Banking and so forth needs her name ideally, but can be yours
I think for this you can have a bussines account with sub-accounts for each model, thus they basically get paid on your platform and you can manage the funds however you see fit.
