can anybody tell me how an iframe actually works in practice.

I have my website and there is a frame of what for what?

imagine an iframe like an embedded web page IN your web page. it takes up an area of space on your page (which you can specify) and loads another page WITHIN the frame.

does that make sense?

Yes I understand that.

However, how does it work in practice, for example, say I'm trying to promote an email submit offer, can i frame the submit and put it directly on my site?

yes you can. but if you dont know what an iframe is and how it works i doubt you will succeed in putting it in your website

there are loads of tutorials and info out there about iframes, tech stuff and anything you need
