As per title, how does Amazon cookie work? Let's say they click on my image link with my Amazon ID, (from what I know it lasts 24 hours), but then if they purchase other unrelated items (let's say for example, my image link is camera but visitor ended up buying clothings), will my commission still be counted as mine?

Thank you guys for spending the time to answer my questions. I'll +rep everyone who can help me with this question.

I would put a lot more time into amazon's affiliate program if the cookie lasted longer than 24 hours!

After reading new TOS I understand that cookie dies when somebody places an order on any product except Amazon's digital products. So, they buy -> session ends. This is what TOS says right now (Operating agreement, para 7, "Session", (y) ).

    Hijacking the thread.
Does my cookie get overwritten if visitor clicks on another aff link? If so then what happens to items in his shopping cart? Who gets commission fee?
