How do they understand whether it is from chat like kik or snapchat?
They don't need to really. They only check if the sale was accomplished or not and they also check the ip of the buyer to make sure you're not buying through your own aff links.
ClickBank doesn't bother to get a look at where you get sales from. There is no need to because wherever you post your affiliate link,it will take the visitor to ClickBank's original salespage(where everything is monitored)so it doesn't really make a difference you just have to get sales. So if I start getting traffic from kik or Snapchat and with that if I can get around 20 leads a day (only sign ups) , my account won’t be banned ? Is it okay to do that?

Well,As long as the leads are legitimate and turn into actual conversions (sales), then yes you should be fine. However, I would read the TOS of the affiliate to make sure that you are not violating their terms. Some networks don't allow certain sources (ie email, chat, social..etc).
So if I buy a domain and use WordPress or use something like blogger page .... Or make a site using Django where I take the customers to that site first telling them there's an offer there ...... And once they reach the site, they have to click on the href link of the CPA offer ( or the CPA actual link ) and then they'll be taken to the CPA page .....this will be never be a problem right? ....and the CPA network will never understand the traffic source right ? ( So , will this method be safe if I get the traffic to my website from any source like even from snapchat ?
