I was advertising with adwords for several months then one day they did one of their BS "account reviews" and my account got banned for "suspicious payment activity"...

So I then opened a new account and used my mothers CC#.. a minute later.. same message pops up and same reason.. banned....

then I opened another account and tried using my mothers bank info as payment and again.. same message pops up and same reason.. banned....

how the fuq are they blocking completely different people from opening new accounts.

There are lots of ways they can track you. Starting with did you use the same computer and IP address?

It is ridiculous that you are banned for suspicious payment activity if you have been using the same credit card for several months. Have you tried an appeal and offer to provided documented proof that the credit card belongs to you.

I have blackhat CC but cant add it to new account. I use 2015 gmail + HMA vpn + TMAC. Can any1 tell me what should i do?

if you are using the same ip address then they will be able to block you over and over

There's a thousand ways to get banned. I'm guessing that you've probably had your credit card banned if you're using a VCC. If you find a VCC that works it might stay that way for only so long. My guess is that once they ban a VCC they search all the accounts with that VCC and ban them as well. HMA and other proxy services are also banned. Changing your MAC address won't do much. That's typically not transmitted over the internet unless a 3rd party app is involved (Chrome, Earth, etc).

All accounts (especially newer ones) seem to go under periodic review at random. If you're advertising something against the rules then you'll get banned. Also if the reviewer is even suspicious then you'll get banned. Appealing is worthless since they're too arrogant to consider that they've made a mistake.
