How does Adsense and/or CPA network catch fraudulent actions?

    I know a few like:
    • A lack of diversity in the browsers' user agents/browser type
    • Repeated IPs doing the same action
    • Amount of time spent on website before performing action
    • Very little conversions for the advertiser after the action has been made

What else can you think of? Also, are there any other ways for a website to get your browser's information other than user agent and headers?
