How does addmefast know when you're macroing?

How do they catch it? My theory is because you stay on the same page too long. If i'm correct, would i just need to create a script that goes from page to page after a certain time? Would that reduce ban?

Probably goes on how long you have been on the site - not many people sit on a single site for hours at end. Maybe even the delay inbetween actions. If you have a macro / bot then you more than likely have set delays between actions - if they are the same that will stand out in logs / analytics etc.
