It really depends on the purpose of the site you are going to publish those content. is it the moneysite or a 2nd tier?
Two years ago I had around 70 sites, and just finding good freelancers which would write articles would be a problem, and it would take me 1/4 work hours.
I don't believe you'll be able to write those articles on your own, especially cause we're talking about tutorials which consumes more time than regular article.
If you have authority website, I'm sure people will want to write for you freely, just to get some free promotion, otherwise you'll have to find appropriate freelancer...

Hi souldetective, Now a days game of ranking on Google is all based on content. Content is the power. If you write unique, interesting and user friendly content. Your visitor will be visit your site again n again. The trick people use today for unique and latest content is "Transcription". Yes you can transcribe youtube videos, latest feeds or any other audio/video media for your need of content. But first check the copyrights of the audio/video file then take any step. Hi, i'm italian so sorry for my english.
I use a method to write content that I discovered by myself but I'm a newbe so I don't know if it is right. I don't know if google could penalize this method. So give me your opinion please.
When I want to write a lot of content with keyword targeting in italian language I search on google the niche with english keyword. Then I find english blog talking about that keyword. I copy and paste the articles on google translate. Then I copy in wordpad and rewrite my article correcting errors of transalation of google translate and changing some words.
I have to work a bit but I have not to think about what I must write because I have a guide to follow.
Do you think it is a good method or not? Please give me your opinion.

Basically you need to find reliable people to outsource to. It's not easy and not many will stand the test of time. I literally got bitten by one of my freelancers just yesterday.
Here's a few things I look at when outsourcing content:
- The writer needs to be somewhat specialised in the topic, not a catch all generic writer
- The writer needs to be a native speaker
- The writer needs to be reliable. If they don't do what they said (content quality, uniqueness, delivery times etc) 2 times, I won't use them again.

You can check your article uniqueness and originality with different plagiarism websites. The best website for this purpose is copyscape dot com - Try it its very beneficial. Regards.

i posted a guideline of how to write content that's good for seo but is readable to users. i use it to train my content team. so far they find it easy to follow. but the best way as someone mentioned on this thread is to use highly specialized writers
