I always try to withdraw PayPal but never able to without selling it to someone for a lot less value of crypto then sell the crypto for cash.

I have tried adding WISE bank account but that doesn't seem to work. I also added a debit card and it's the same.

Right now I want to make a payment and the site requires credit card but the problem is I only have PayPal now I will need to sell the funds to crypto (for much less), sell crypto for cash, and transfer the cash to a debit card.

This is not only time consuming but also I also get less value in the end. Could someone show me a better way?

Cant you just link your pypal to a bank account? Thats how i used to withdraw money from paypal when i used it to get money from ebay.

im from algeria , paypal dont allow us to buy using account balance we also should use the sold in the credit card to mayke payments throw paypal

Contact Paypal through the Resolution Center when you are logged into the Paypal account and write to them that you are unable to add that Wise bank account and provide the sort code / routing number of that Wise bank account. There are sort codes / routing numbers of certain banks that by default are flagged by Paypal as high-risk. But, if a Paypal account is in good "standing" condition and a request is made by the Paypal user towards adding such a bank account, then there is a good chance of Paypal putting some exception (in their system) for that Paypal account and then replies that the user can try to add it again and then it (bank account) has a good chance of getting added to the Paypal account.

I did but instead it sees my bank account as a source to fund PayPal account instead of a means for withdrawal

With the G Cash account
What is a G cash account and how can I get it?

But, if a Paypal account is in good "standing" condition
How do I know that?

In the past ive successfully connected Payo and Wise to paypal, and withdrew money.
My Payoneer got blocked but my wise is connected and each time I make a request to withdraw. It asks me to add a bank despite seeing the wise bank account right there. When I do it gives me some sort of message that doesn't really withdraw the funds in the end

We can never know what is our (hidden, "backend") trust "score" of our PayPal account. Even if a PayPal account is 10 years old, we can never judge how trustworthy it is for PayPal.
However, if you contact PayPal, as I explained, towards a request for adding that Wise bank account and IF the end result is positive, then you can consider that the PayPal account is trustworthy as per PayPal. Ofcourse, after that it depends on the usage of the PayPal account and nowadays PayPal is popularly known to be quite tipsy, so anything can happen anytime for no apparent reason(s).
Also (or alternatively) give a try at requesting Wise to replace that bank account with a bank account having a different sort code / routing number and if they do replace it, then try adding that to PayPal.

No bank account required for withdrawals

Don't have a bank account or it's too far to travel to one? With the G Cash account, you can easily transfer your available PayPal balance and use the funds however you want. Simple.
Not everyone is from the Philippines.

What percentage do you usually sell it for? Maybe someone on BHW can give you a better deal.

That would violate rule # 3.3 of the https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms/. Currency Trades or Exchanges are not allowed. (Example: Exchanging PayPal for any crypto or other monetary assets, is not allowed).

It's best to just contact wise & explain your issue & they'll give you a solution because I know it works or at least I know it worked in the past.

If they can't help you, contact PayPal.

Then in that case you have not added the bank account as for WITHDRAWAL from that PayPal account.

You have mentioned "it sees my bank account as a source to fund PayPal account instead of a means for withdrawal.
So what you are seeing "right there" is your bank account for funding your PayPal account (as you have mentioned) and not as a WITHDRAWAL method.
You need to add the bank account as a WITHDRAWAL method. See the steps https://www.paypal.com/c2/webapps/mpp/how-to-guides/link-bank-account?locale.x=en_C2.
And after adding the bank account as withdrawal method in PayPal, you will have to verify that bank account in PayPal, for which you will see a "Verify" option. One you click on "Verify" and follow the steps, PayPal will send a small transaction amount to the bank account along with a unique 4-digit code as a reference. This can take up to a few days to arrive, but hopefully it will happen in under a few hours. Keep checking your Wise account under ‘Incoming payments’ to find this transaction. Enter the accompanying code in your PayPal where you would see the ‘confirm your bank’ option.

InternetPundit, did you fix it by calling Paypal to allow you to add the bank account?
I have had the same issue in the past, with Payoneer though, and a call fixed it instantly.

No I did not. It just sort of worked on it's own. My problem is my country is banned from using PayPal so I am using PayPal from another country I do not reside in, so I am a bit weary about calling them to blow my cover.

Just contact them , their is no harm in contacting them if you are using via LTD or LLC then the both would surely work good , paypal would fix this withdrawal issues mate

No I am using neither for now. My PayPal is UK and the phone number is my country's so really scared they might ban me entirely
they would not ban you , tell them that I had travelled to my hometown , but as its personal without LTD could mess it up bit
