How do you warm up BM without getting flagged?

I haven’t done much yet, but I heard that you should start BM lightly: some normal interactions, follow a few groups, then start creating campaigns. It definitely makes sense, but I’m still experimenting.

Create a clean BM and page, with natural posts first.
Run 5–20 USD on the first day, keep for 3–5 days, increase gradually 20–30%/day.
Use real cards with the same information, safe content, stable IP/device.
If limited, protest with documents.

From what I’ve seen, warming up a new BM usually works better if you start with very small daily spends and keep campaigns running consistently instead of scaling too fast.

This is the best way to avoid being banned. This method reflects natural behavior accepted by the Facebook algorithm.

I’ve run into the same problem before and what worked for me was starting with small campaigns at $2–5 daily for a few days. Anyone else has a better method for warming up?

My steps when I have time:
Create BM
Add 2 more admins
Create 1 account - 1 page - 1 pixel - add card
Leave it for 3 days
Come back and launch 1 engagement ad from the page post
Pay about 10$ then start working on BH ads
Waiting for open to BM3 - BM5

Gradual spend increase and running simple safe campaigns first usually helps build trust before scaling

You should start with very low daily budgets, run safe niches/whitelisted offers, and keep ad creatives simple. Gradually scale spend and avoid linking too many assets too quickly. Consistency and clean setup matter more than the actual amount spent.

for warming up a new BM without getting flagged, try low daily spends ($1-3) on safe campaigns like post engagement.

I'm trying to warm up a new BM account but I keep getting limited even when spending small amounts. How do people usually warm up accounts effectively and increase the spend limit without triggering flags?
Have you tried switching to a different payment card? When you are limited in spending, does the system notify you of the error?

  1. Take it slow: Do 1 simple action daily (e.g., Day 1: Create ad account; Day 2: Add pixel) – no bulk ops.
  2. Gradually boost budget: Start small (e.g., $10-$20/day), increase by 10%-20% weekly to avoid triggers.
  3. Stable environment: Use a clean, fixed IP + fingerprint browser to mimic real users.
  4. Complete compliance: Fill in true enterprise info, finish verification, and use legal payment methods.

I usually warm up my accounts by starting with small, consistent spends over several days to build a solid account history. For payment methods, I recommend using Visa or MasterCard, since they’re more reliable and less likely to trigger flags compared to virtual or less trusted cards.

What’s worked for me is starting with a low budget for the first few days, then gradually increasing it by 20–30% every few days. Try to avoid making too many changes early on

fb is way more strict now. best way is to start super low spend, let it run steady for a bit, don’t push budgets too fast. also keep ur creatives clean, avoid anything that might look ‘spammy’. once the account builds some trust u can scale little by little. patience is kinda the key here ;)
