How do you value a website with Real-American Users that microtask?

How do you value a website with Real-American Users that microtask?

I can refer people all day, I can find people that need reviews and earn, I can even send people to affiliate website links and earn from their future.

I've ran the business for 5 years. I've earned well but took 9 months off for personal issues. I've had an epiphany and want to sell.

However, how does one equate the value of such a project when you have MAN-POWER, the most valuable thing on the planet.

Have you explored a possible JV where the buyer pays you based on the actual income of the site?

Not quite. A JV as in Joint Venture?

it is better to hire a steward who will teach you all the questions
you will pay him a salary and take the rest of your income
you will spend 1-2 months on training, but you will receive the same income minus wages
