How do you utilise lists?

Hopefully I phrase this question a bit better as I am sober this time. As the title says how do y'all generally go about using the lists feature. I understand how the feature can be powerful but I don't really know how to get the most out of it. I have made a list of accounts that provide 'easy' content however I am currently focusing on a reply heavy style to grow the account. How are / have y'all currently using this feature to get the most out of it. I've considered engagement lists to check but should they be segregated by account size or is that unnecessary etc.

For replies I use lists more like a filtered feed. Just add accounts that regularly give you something worth jumping into. I wouldn't bother separating by follower count unless you're seeing a clear difference in results. Topic/relevance matters more imo.
