How do you usually deal with trolls?

Hello. How do you usually deal with trolls on your websites?
From around a month there is a troll on one of my websites. He fullfill my article's comments with shittalking related to my articles (not spammy though).
Honestly I always read that google love when there is interaction on comments and also I never give a fuck about his posts and/or his opinion.
Also I seen some users started to reply to this guy sometimes (not in a nice way), when usually I always get 0 comments and no interaction under my posts. That for the pros.
Lately he is exaggerating though. He is starting to offend entire kinds of people. Now I don't know what to do.
From a side I don't want to ban him because he is giving me some interaction. Not only from him. From the other side I fear to lose visitors to my website due to the not moderated comments. What would you do?

Make your comments section facebook login enabled comments, then youll actually see who the trolll is and people are much less inclined to troll when you can see who they are
 
I find where they live and make them disappear.
 
Ignore or Ban.

Feeding trolls only strengthens their libido.

Make your comments so they need to be approved manually, then rewrite them into something good, that'll annoy him
 
I usually outsource on the darknet.

First I hire a hacker to track that piece of sh*t down and then I hire a hitman to kill the punk!
 
Make the comments be approved by the administrator. Delete his bad comments, they're bad interaction.
 
I vote delete and ban.
Also turn on some kind of non-anonymous option, like facebook login to comment.
He/she will probably be back as a new name or something.
 
On my politicing site, I feed them, nurture them, allow them nearly unfettered freedom, because when they troll, others share the posts to get their friends as backup, and it boosts my traffic.
On my other sites, I block.
