How do you usually boost up SEO on ecommerce website?

I have a site which has static product pages, the price don't change all the time.

When I've launched the site, it had good wave for first month and went down to 20's daily unique user..

Should I need to start advertising on forums and writing good blog contents?

Absolutely, do all that and more. Use things like press releases, participate in social media and forums and build strong, authoritative links to your site.

Paid Press Release and Social media will work for you to get best result and ofcourse need to work on SEO part aswell for free organic traffic. Analyze your site technically and find the drawbacks and solve them for search engines to attain in to rankings, there are many online SEO tools to analyze (raven tools, Lxrseo, woorank etc)
