How do you understand customers and predict what they like?

Hi all,

Let's say you're an agenrcy that supports market research/access for e-commerce.

If your a client asked you for help, and then the client doesn't know how to select niche that has possibilities, what kind of business questions does the client ask?

I'm trying to learn how to make plans by understanding what target customers are talking about. I think the key term is customer behaviours. Since I was working as data analyst, it'd take too long to get the answer if I analyze the whole data. Instead, I have to narrow down the questions and do keywords research.

Love to hear any thought.

To begin with, you can collect information about top products. What do you like most of the top products? Try personal survey ads. Stop at one category. Next, choose a quality product with reliable and fast delivery.
