How do you transfer proxies from bought Instagram accounts?

Hey guys, total newbie here. I have a quick question:

I am currently looking to buy an Instagram account that has been created and used under a private proxy.

Let's say the Instagram account was grown using USA proxies, if I also use a private USA proxy while transferring the account over, could I omit the chance of getting banned?

Just switch the proxy and thats it. Will get email verify 99%

First, it needs to be in the same area. Because if you switch an account from a LA proxy to a NY proxy, you might get verified. So look for proxies in the same area.

Second, the proxies you find need to be clean ones, preferably virgin proxies, never used for IG before.
