Is there any kind of script or program that I can use to track click throughs. Instead of paying a monthly payment to do so.

Thanks

Damn that was quick,

Thanks

What about if I place an ad with a website so I can track my url click throughs. Does this program (openx) do that?

Open X is capable of tracking all advertising, I use it, and the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve in setting up and using an adserver correctly.

If you want to start with a simple solution I would recommend adtrackz which you can download here on the forum. Easy to use, setup in five minutes and it will do what you need it to.

I also know a super cool tracking software (which is in beta = free) right now:
I love it and got very used to it :-)

whoops. nevermind, i didn't realize they changed their name to openx. I'll try openx as phpadsnew was phenomenal (and free) when I used it a few years ago. recommended!

I created a little php script for myself that took one param, an ID. I'd log that id in a database and log all relevant info in $_SERVER.

Same here, but mine is written in .Net. I track EVERYTHING!

Hi,

I tried OpenX free product.
The issue is I have a network of 1000s sites.
How do I track the impressions per sites? I would like to have a breakdown of impressions for each url where my ad is served. (in order to optimized each campaigns).
The options provided by OpenX requires a lot of data entry (create a websites and then link the banner to the sites)

Do you know any adservers which provide an easy solution to track impression per sites?
(Pull through the source url as a variable? Or via Iframe?)

Thanks for your suggestions.
