How do you track your domains ?

I didn't even see that I have almost 40 domains. Today I decided to wrap all them up in a single excel file. But most of them has different credentials (because of some discounts ) and I saw that I'm working with more than 10 registrars.

Today I created an excel for tracking domain expiring dates.

The question is how do you handle your tons of domains ? Is there any software you use or would you prefer to use it ?

I looked through these

Domainer is no longer supported and does not work on new macs
Dominic is I think for registrars
Remindax is a very expensive reminding service that all domain registrars do anyway
Domain punch - I use their analyser and again I am not sure the main software gives much more
Domain mod looks interesting but I could not get it to work on my vps - Tried the docker and the self install.

The one I use Domain.io allows you to see where your domains are and where they are pointing and if you point to them they can set all the DNS (especially all the txt you have to do to prove ownership)

I am also migrating from excel to Airtable as it can be used as a database too.

this is how you know that google's become bad: they serve you garbage :)

Anyway, I didn't do research, I just looked dn managers up in google and came here and pasted the results in. I've left the fun of the research to OP, but apparently you were curious faster so that helped too :)

I was curious as I hadn't heard of them except domain Punch and was upset that I hadn't seen them.
Now vindicated!

Thank you all for your thoughts. This really helped me and also I'm glad you listed some softwares here.
Note about DomainMod: It didn't work as I expected so I decided to remove the whole project.
This is what I was trying to learn as I would prefer to create a small website to track domains in one place with 0 cost for all in the future :D

I'm aware of registrars always sending emails as a reminder but if you have multiple accounts with different emails then it can become a nightmare to follow all them up. Noted and I assure that I'll send the link to all you first :)

I use sparkmail for my emails and all the registrars are highlighted as important senders so they come up first.
I tend to renew my domains early to prevent any issues

lots of cool cloud solutions mentioned in this thread.

if you are on a budget and don't mind Big G knowing your data, looks like u can setup google sheets (excel in the cloud) to send automated emails when expiry is approaching.

This is what I afraid of as it's really possible to forget to renew the domains cause of not checking the file. Thank you for the tutorial.

I just wondered what people think about using a software for domain management.
But I realised that it's a good idea to start a new website project and make it easier for people who want to follow all of their domains (or wishlist of course)

Another solution is auto renewing but I didn't even do that so far.
 
I use a google sheet to track my logins, and registers, then registers go on my main logins and passwords sheet. For my remembering dates, I have another sheet that duplicates site addresses but only shows the registration date and the register, too.

Also, I have a weekly task on my core business tasks to check registers and make sure no unpaid domains are there.

Yes this what I'm doing now. But of course I already created a roadmap for the project :)
