How do you track the scrapebox campaigns?

After I am done with a scrapebox auto comment campaign, I copy all the urls and run the addon that scans pages for the tier#1 links your are promoting. Thats how I know if I got a link from that URL.

I have the following questions.
1. The URLs are not loaded/sorted in a alphabetical way while we run the campaign. Sometimes the scrapebox closes in the middle leaving us no way to know how many URLs are done and how many are pending. How are you dealing with this?
2. How are you tracking the number of links to a specific URL on your money/tier 1 site? Say if I run 10 campaigns in the last 30 days and I want to know how many new links I got from them. Whats the best tool for this?
3. I only use one link with the name and I dont use any links in the content, I felt I can get better success without links in content. Whats your luck with links in the comment content? How many can we use?

If you're looking at blog comments, it should be about volume and not quality. With that said, I would make sure you're testing and looking at results because if you're not, you're likely spinning your wheels.
