Which tools do you use to track back links to your site.

I need a reliable tool that will work well and be consistent.

Is Yahoo Site Explorer good for this?

Thanks Chunker - Any more on this? I like the "Quirk Search Status" firefox tool and use the "show backward links" option - however I am managing a client and want to know a tool that will be constant.

I am also tracking well over 100,000 back links so this needs to be accurate.

Most backlinks tools draw their data from YSE and to a lesser extend Google. Yahoo only shows around 1,000 of the backlinks even if a site has 10 million, same with google.

If you are tracking a site with 1,000 backlinks this could get very difficult.

Perhaps something link majestic seo or seomoz's linkscape will be able to help but I've never used either and doubt they would be able to track 100,000

Does anyone rate Yahoo! Site Explorer?

you can get a lot more than 1k out of yahoo if you beat it up a bit to get them, yahoo is your best option sadly

Yeah, I get about 650k from Yahoo Site Explorer - Just seeing if this is my only good option - don't rate SEOMoz tools, they are just rebranded stuff you can get out there for free - not any technology there to be impressed by!

yahoo site explorer is the big tool, i think even backlinkwtch get the data from yahoo.
