How Do You Think This Can Affect Rankings ?

Hello guys . I wanna ask the Seo "Gurus" from bhw.. Is it safe to build alot of blogs from one High Pr Domain to rank a site ? A short story would be this:

About 3 weeks ago I created a wordpress site. It has medium competition keywords with exact search between 2000 and 50 000 for each keyword. My ideea would be to build 50 Web 2 blogs from Wordpress , 50 Blogs from Weebly, 50 From Tumblr for a start and boost the Web 2 sites with High Pr Wikis , PR1 - PR6 Blog Comments and High Pr Forum Profiles.

Do you think it would be safe to build more blogs from one domain ? Thankyou

mix it with other stuff and ull be fine. but dont make just 43564366 wordpress.com sites

It will not harm your website but why don't you take a 100 different web 2.0 list and build your backlinks on all of that with different proxies that would be more good and safe for your websites.
