I've got some kind of problem - where I live, the schools are going to be re-opening soon. I've got a ton of work to catch up on but every time I try to get something done, I find within five minutes or so i'm either playing games or browsing pretty aimlessly.

What's the problem here?

It's the same thing with my IM, i've not even got my first site set up yet even though i've reading and reading for ages!!

I have friends and even my girlfriend have helped me A LOT in the past, but i've got modules no when else i'm friends with and now i'm worried I won't be able to catch up and they won't be able to help me much professionally either so i'm trying to break that habit completely and do all my own work now.

What can I do to focus better :(

I tried drinking more coffee and since i'm anon here I don't feel embrassed to say this but it doesn't work - it just makes me want to browse porn more. That's it.

Is there a remedy that actually works. Or psychological tactic? Or something?

How old are you?

Everyone will get these kind of stage at some situation. Once you start achieve something big that will motivate you.

There is no remedy until you overcone this situation by your self. Don't stay alone. Stay with friends who are rushing to success.

Don't fear for the failure. Ready to face it. You will be successful only if you do the work which is passionate you.

There's no magic fix

Cut out dopamine that's flooding your brain like sugar, fast food, drugs, etc

You think balancing dopamine can get you more motivated? More focused?

Yes, along with getting my sleep right I feel much less anxious and ADHD-like

When you're flooding your brain with dopamine it's a rollercoaster of emotions. At least for me it was, everyone is different.

My thoughts are way more leveled now. And I don't feel "sick" from all the crap I was putting in my body

I stopped playing games over 10 years ago, quitting this habit has made me quite rich. If you wanna play games, play on twitch and gain a fan following.
