Akismet & Recaptcha - LOL. Both are easily breakable. Start by using Cloudflare, blacklisting keywords/phrases/domains/www/https variations, IPs, subnets just to name but a few basics.

there are tons of plugins to block this spam bots , one of them it's called akismet

I think OP already has Akismet and spammers are still getting through.

Be careful about using WP plugins to solve these kinds of issues. Choose one where the developer will actually keep the plugin up to date as they can create vulnerabilities in your site over time. Adult website spam would be the least of your worries if you choose the wrong plugin and it becomes outdated with a vulnerability.
WP is convenient, but damn their free plugins have a ton of vulnerabilities.
