I have always been a person that writes lists to keep organized. I began writing goals lists at 16 which built up to huge lists of all my business interests. I soon realized after actioning some ideas that there was not enough time in the day to do them all. There's also some systems I have picked up, like keeping a master to do list to plug into my calendar (not fully using rn). I have heard from others that with a daily to-do list they can maybe cross off 3 items in a day.

I read somewhere that its a top 3% process to have a life plan, so when the doctor prescribed my Adderall one time I started writing a massive one that never finished, it was 20,000 lines of nonsense. Included: places of frequent, my future purchases and everything I could imagine. Next time I will find a template...
I use now Notepad++ which has tabbed browsing, though that is available in new Windows Notepad too, I still use Notepad++ all its features.

I keep my desktop organized, when I am not breaking the hardware from rough handling. Always feel there is not enough time in each day, I rush and break things like phones faster than anyone I know. Lately I have been through 3 Samsung Fold phones ($1,800 each).

This minute I do not have a watch that I can locate, though I want a Swiss watch (Tissot PRX 80). Time blocking can be good if you need to keep appointments. Its good to prioritize, but without systems you could ponder all this to much too. I have had day planners before, theres ones for sale that are digital now that look good and are very inexpensive ($3-12).

man u must be high on crack or aderall, take a step back and start from 0, write down what you need to accomplish long and short term and how you are going to accomplish them and then make a daily routine for yourself

Daily routine: Outwork you and everyone else. I used to do 100 hour weeks, I have the energy of 3 Spanish bulls, ask your moms

Of course you do, I work 1-2 hrs/day for the past 15+ years, the trick to a happy life is not to work yourself to death, but work less for more money

I make a ton of lists too but rarely get through them. Helps me to organize my thoughts at least and usually getting started on one area lets me keep going on that while I forget all the rest. Then i do it again when I get stuck.

The only list I keep up is one for things to buy bc it takes me so long to decide on anything, like 80% I never end up buying bc I don't need it anymore.

My top tools to stay organized are
  • Trello (Project management/To-do lists)
  • LibreCalc (Open-source Excel alternative)
  • Freeplane (Open-source mind mapping software)

How does LibreCalc compare to Collabora? Any experiences?

is hard to stay organized even trying to create a system to have everyting in order is difficult, being honest I write things down, set reminders on my cellphone, have a notebook were I can write thigns to remember bit no system is perfect is the best way you can remember everything and easy to understand and the one you miss just a few things instead of everything.

I have no experience with Collabora, but from a quick look it's based on LibreCalc/LibreOffice + online collabortaion features, so I'd assume it's identical. Good to know if I ever need collaboration features!

LibreCalc and LibreOffice in general is really a beautiful piece of software and I never had any need to use Excel.
