And how many hours a day, a week do you allow yourself to do stuff you enjoy the most?

I spend mine with family and friends, very important to get away from business. Also we don't allow mobile phones at the dinner table, so everyone sits and talks, it's just relaxing for a few hours

How often?

I usually dance (swing dance/lindy hop/proper partnered dance) or party or spend time with the family.

When I travel, I usually work as well so ... :D

Family, mead making, Guitars, bots and lots more :D
Right hand
Internet
Moisturizer
...
Gosh, I need to rethink my adult ads. Perhaps promoting lubes instead of escort services will convert more.

Daily is that routine, no mobiles at the breakfast table either, old fashioned yes but good
Mobiles, tv, movies, social media, youtube are just DISTRACTIONS unless you are solely using those for your business purpose.

The mind gets distracted so much that productivity goes below the bottom line for the people who are addicted to those and I'm talking about 70% - 80% of the people out there. Yeah, it's more or less and don't ask me how I got that number. Do your own diligence. :p
Define success by how much of your time is yours.
True.

When one's work is MORE important than that party/drink/hangout/movie, congratulations you are in the 1% category! :)

I usually play guitar or jam with some smaller bands at local clubs, if I feel creative but depressed at the same time I tend to paint/sketch anatomical drawings a lot.
If that doesn't cut it, I enjoy working on some coding side projects, mainly Machine Learning.
If I'm in semi-productive mode I hit the gym.

And how many hours a day, a week do you allow yourself to do stuff you enjoy the most?
To be honest, there's no set schedule. There will be entire days where I can't be bothered to do anything, days where I take 10 hours just for myself, and days where I work and even pull an allnighter.

Lots of stuff. When I am not working inside of my network, you might find me spending time with family, meditating, contemplating and enjoying the emptiness and silence, watching Satsangs or spiritual discorses, watching movies, podcasts, interviews, lifting weights and doing calisthenics, doing yoga, walking, bicycling, watching or playing soccer (football), cooking, making smoothies and juicing, going to sauna.

A quick list of random things I do to stay balanced.
