Setting up own payment gateway will cost a lot. You can use third party platforms but they are still under law and so it cannot be completely confidential.

"Fully stealth" is not possible.
(honestly the fact that you just posted this was breaking rule #1 when it comes to being as stealthy as possible... unless you're proxy chained, mac spoofed, and connecting thru a manufactured identity that isn't connected to the internet at your house or even one in your neighborhoood... then... :/ sry

I think every exchange or wallet would be wanting KYC without it is like an unprotected safe .

No exchange will allow you to run huge volume of crypto without kyc. This is the norm set by government in every country and no exchange can bypass this.
what with the speeds things can be transferred … in theory, if you got enough people to pool together.. you could spread out funds amongst thousands then re-group them through transactions of smaller amounts but they’d all have to send funds to one place that could hide it… (like they all buy an Amazon product youare essentially buying from yourself and so you don’t have to ship anything…)
You can make something that isn’t traceable back to you but there’s not a great way to be able to withdraw the funds without them being traceable back to that false acct…

Not possible. You can use wallets liek trustwallet but for converting to cash you have to send to exchange which will need kyc.
